APARTMENT 1103, PRESIDENT PLAZA HOTEL, 1 HOBSON STREET, AUCKLAND

Breathtaking views from Herne Bay, to the Waitakeres in the distance, the Harbour Bridge, Westhaven, Viaduct Harbour, North Shore , to Princes Wharf.  A veritable fairyland of lights after dark.

The apartment has one internal bedroom with sliding glass doors into the lounge area, this King double bed can be unzipped down the middle to make two singles, plenty of drawer space and good sized wardrobe.

The lounge area also has new beds, the divan is actually a Single Innerspring bed, with a Rollaway Innerspring bed underneath. As the lower one can be raised to the same height as the other, these can also be used as a double, or two singles.
The divan backrest is also a six inch foam mattress, for those other unexpected visitors.  Blackout curtains can be drawn if necessary, also voile sheers.

The dining area has a table and six chairs and sideboard/china cabinet.

The kitchen area has dishwasher drawer, oven, hobs, microwave, refrigerator, waste disposal, extractor fan, and a good sized pantry

The laundry cupboard is in the bathroom and has a washing machine, drier, tub.  In the bathroom there is a shower over the full bathtub, a toilet and handbasin.

All furniture is either new or beautifully maintained, and the apartment is
fully stocked with cutlery, crockery, glasses, serving plates etc for
entertaining.  There is also a good supply of all linen, towels etc required
for all five beds, and for five people if required, but normally this
apartment would be extremely comfortable and spacious for a couple. 

 A large office cupboard with three sliding mirror doors houses the computer which is available for internet access, also a printer.  There is also a CD/Tape Player and 29 Television with Video and DVD players.

 There is also a secure allocated under cover carpark which belongs to this apartment.

 The apartment has air-conditioning, but we havent needed to use it yet.

 The President Plaza building also has a 20M lap pool, small leisure pool, spa pool, sauna and gymnasium for the use of all apartment dwellers and hotel guests.

 Apartment dwellers also have the benefit of 20% off all meals from the Maitre d restaurant on the ground floor.  The meals are delicious and reasonably priced.
